REFUND POLICY
Evantecit is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. However, as a provider of web and mobile application development services, our offerings are intangible and non-returnable. Once a service is delivered, it cannot be refunded.
- All projects undertaken by Evantecit follow a structured roadmap with defined milestones.
- A detailed scope document is prepared before commencing any Web Design, Development, or Application project to avoid disputes.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed project phases.
- If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains the work completed up to that point.
- If a client discontinues within 24 hours of initiation, a refund for the remaining work may be processed.
- No refunds are allowed for promotional or special offers.
- Time & Material-based services and dedicated developer hiring are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Evantecit’s Project Management Office. A cancellation request is only valid upon confirmation from our team.
- Processing a cancellation request takes a minimum of two weeks.
- Cancellations are subject to the service level agreement established at the project's commencement.
- Once a project reaches beta delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If a project is mutually canceled, the client must pay for the work completed up to that point.
- Source code, designs, or any other project-related materials will only be delivered upon full payment settlement.
DELIVERY POLICY
Evantecit provides digital services, and therefore, there are no physical items to be delivered. Our deliverables, including design files, software code, and compiled applications, are provided electronically via our collaboration platform or email.
- Clients are responsible for securely storing received files on their own servers or storage devices.
- Evantecit can re-deliver electronic files within 30 days of the original delivery date. Beyond this period, we are not responsible for file retention.
